Shikha serves as our Principal Solicitor, bringing a rich academic background and extensive legal expertise to the firm. She holds a Master of Arts in English, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP). This diverse educational foundation enhances her analytical skills and communication proficiency, enabling her to navigate complex legal matters with clarity and precision. Shikha's comprehensive understanding of the law, combined with her dedication to client advocacy, positions her as a pivotal leader within our legal team.

Pradeep is our Practice Manager, bringing a multifaceted background that seamlessly integrates legal expertise, engineering acumen, and business management. He holds a Juris Doctor from Monash University, complemented by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen. His engineering credentials include a Master of Engineering in Structures & Forensics from RMIT University and a Master of Urban and Rural Planning from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Further enhancing his business proficiency, Pradeep has earned an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (EPGDBM) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Banking and Financial Services (PGDFBFS).

Pradeep brings a unique blend of expertise and innovation to Vitt Legal, with a total experience of more than 33  combining his IT and softeware engineering experience, his experience as a successful entrepreneur, and his experience in the legal Industry in Australia. A Juris Doctor graduate from Monash University / Harvard Law Schoolx and with GDLP from Leo Cussen, Pradeep’s academic achievements also include a Master of Engineering in Structures & Forensics (Urban Structures & Tall Buildings) RMIY and a Master of Urban and Rural Planning from IIT Roorkee. With his multidisciplinary background and strategic vision, Pradeep ensures Vitt Legal operates efficiently, delivering exceptional service to clients while embracing innovation in legal practice.

Ashlie is a dedicated paralegal at our firm, bringing a unique blend of legal acumen and technological expertise. She is pursuing a double degree in Bachelor of Information Technology and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of both legal principles and IT systems. This dual proficiency enables Ashlie to adeptly manage complex legal research, streamline document management processes, and support our solicitors with precision and efficiency.
